HOW WE WORK
Retained services
We work with clients on a retained basis, this provides our clients with on-hand support by providing them access to a high level of expertise on a continual basis. We found that many of our clients have the desire to invest in real estate but lack the in-depth understanding of the industry. To attain in-house expertise clients are faced with significant remuneration costs for professionals from the outset which can be prohibitive. Our services can be utilised as and when needed and thereby providing clients access to a high level of expertise at a relatively low cost.
On hand support
